I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite, and the chef went the extra mile to customize each dish. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the rooms had a balcony with a refreshing breeze throughout the day.

One of the meals offered in this hotel is relatively overpriced compared to outside food options.

There was a small request made on mail to send a flower and arrange for a cake as it was one of the guest's birthday. They replied it was late to do on that day so I asked them for the next day which they never bothered to reply

this is one of the only 3 hotel available for stay in lavasa so not much choice.while it was alright,nothing exceptional to like.romms were comfortable

The food was great and the view from the room was breathtaking with a beautiful sunrise. the staff was friendly and helped me with all my needs 24/7. the hotel was located close to the water and shopping center which was convenient to get to.

The construction in the area made it hard to experience the full view of the waterfront. the lack of a swimming pool was a downside.

The Hotel debited my Credit Card 4 days before the check-in, while the terms of the booking were a cancellation less than 2 days before or a "no show" will attract 100% charges for the first night. This is not an ethical practice.

The overall process of check in and check out was very smooth.

The breakfast options must be improved. Very limited and some items were not fresh.

Located right in the heart of the city, this property offers a hassle-free stay. The spacious and well-maintained rooms were impressive and the staff was courteous and attentive. The on-property covered parking added to this convenient stay. the indoor play area was a great feature and kept us entertained during our downtime.

The food was overpriced and not up to the mark. We chose to eat at nearby restaurants instead.

Room service was very slow ...we had asked for a extra bed and it was not put the room till 10.30pm for which we had to call at least 4-5 times

silence and remoteness away from the hectic routine

No facilities at hotel must walk or drive to reach faciliites. weekdays there is aboslutely no activity and the facility was closed for the whole day while the hotel staff was not aware. Should improve!!!
